Worship at La Mesa is genuinely Reformed in character, lively in spirit, and musically diverse.  We usually celebrate Holy Communion on the first Sunday of the month.  The music features the congregation, a choir, pipe organ, piano, bells, guitar, flute, drums, and occasionally other ensembles. Traditional church hymns and anthems form the foundation of worship, but the music is also modern in feel, drawing from world music, gospel, spirituals, folk, and other traditions.
